The fully integrated KCS acoustic panels live up to the highest expectation for usage in environments that require ultimate hygiene and cleanability whilst benefitting from high sound absorption properties.
KCS acoustic ceiling panels can be integrated in DFM walkable ceiling system or UCF unwalkable ceiling system. The profiles of the acoustic celing panels fit in the ceiling structures and are flush integrated in total ceiling system.
Acoustic ceilings are applied in cleanroom environments to reduce sound levels for a more human friendly working environment.
The volume of m2 of acoustic panels is dependend on acoustic requirements in relation to noise of proces equipment inside the cleanroom. Furthermore ceiling acoustics are often used in combination of wall acoustics also part of KCS scope of supply. The combination of both applications, walls and ceiling acoustics, in the KCS cleanroom system will give the good solution for noise reduction requirement.
